Everything as it should be with car and people. Only downer- we bought a rear rubber loadliner and it didnt/doesnt fit well. For £195 expect better

Nothing to fault, I was charged drastically less than originally quoted over the phone. Treated brilliantly the entire time also! The team at Vurtu are great.

Car was delivered back to me , washed and vacuumed at no extra charge and the recall was completed on time. Sarah particularly was super helpful

The Service was completed quickly whilst I waited in pleasant surroundings. The staff were very approachable polite and helpful. Warranty work was identified at the service and this was helpfully completed the next day ( otherwise February!!)

The staff are helpful, we were loaned a replacement car, but the glitch reoccurred yesterday. I think that the problem probably lies with BMW quality control rather than Vertu
