Vertu York made the car buying and handover process excellent, but I was let down, as the salesperson didn't give the correct information about wheel options at the point of sale and wheel exclusivity to the car purchased.

Car had to be kept in over night as you were waiting on authorisation from the lease company for works to be completed. No one on the following day (Saturday) bothered to contact me to advise the car was ready - I had to chase BMW.

People. Centralised contact centres might work for some but when you are in a competitive environment particularly when cars are outside warranties it's your in person and local knowledge that win.

Disappointed that when i booked i was offered a complimentary wash and vac which wasnt done, was told due to the hosepipe ban yet not sure how this effects running a hoover! Also having checked commercial businesses are exempt from bans i!!
